ALEX VILLA is a beautiful complex in the peaceful Kabalana village in South Sri Lanka.
It is located 5-minute walk from the beach, and the surfers among us know exactly what we are talking about... the main surfing spot in the area with perfect waves.
The villa has to offer 3 bathrooms equipped with private shower rooms and toilets.
1 upper suite with king size bed,1 suite on the ground floor with king size bed a third room with gallery, and 2 queen size beds.
In addition, we also have a big kitchen that can serve all people in the villa, although the suite on the second floor has its own small kitchen as well.
Last but not least is a comfortable gazebo that serves as a big living room.
The villa also has a beautiful swimming pool and a special area for sports including various equipment.
